Customers are allowed to return items that they do not like within 14 days provided that:
- outfits have not been washed
- outfits have not been stained
- outfits have not been altered in any way
- outfits ordered are of EU or UK or Standard sizes with no custom alterations

Wrong size? Not as described?
Should the outfit have any defects and/or is not as described customers are advised to inform us for immediate customer support via our WhatsApp support channel: +2348174352555
All refunds or conflict resolution would be processed within 7 working days. The shipping cost of the return must be borne by the customer. If we suspect that the item(s) have been tampered with, we reserve the right to not provide the refund. We reserve the right to amend our return policy with prior notice.
