And that is why we have put in place the best possible policy to ensure customer security and satisfaction; the Refund Policy.
Customers are allowed to return items if the size/description is incorrect, the item is defective or they are dissatisfied with the item within 14 days provided that:
- outfits have not been washed
- outfits have not been stained
- outfits have not been altered in any way
- outfits ordered are of EU or UK or Standard sizes with no custom alterations

Reason To Return Purchase
Customers may return a product and seek a refund where the product comes in the wrong size or is not as described.
Should the outfit have any defects and/or is not as described customers are advised to inform us for immediate customer support via our WhatsApp support channel: +2348174352555
We would verify if in fact the designer made any mistakes and can send a new one with the correct size. This applies for orders with a custom size or alterations too.
All refunds or conflict resolution would be processed within 7 working days. If we suspect that the item(s) have been tampered with, we reserve the right to not provide the refund. We reserve the right to amend our return policy with prior notice.
